RPC

RPC is back! Well kinda, most stuff still unavailable because of some big changes. Also the client with shell is back too, just not everything is implemented yet.

Build

Git commit hash is now included during build.

Improved readme document, looks much better now.

Nitori package

Moved multiplexer and other stuff into the package to probably make plugin development a bit easier.
